Carbon Reduction Plan

At Scrubs Group, we are committed to achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2035. As a responsible construction contractor, we recognise our role in building a sustainable future and reducing the impact our industry has on the environment.

• Net Zero Operations by 2030

  We are targeting Net Zero across all of our direct operations by 2030. This includes improving energy efficiency on our sites and in our offices, transitioning our vehicle fleet to hybrid and electric, and adopting renewable energy solutions.

• Net Zero Supply Chain by 2035

  Our commitment extends beyond our own operations. By 2035, we will ensure our entire supply chain aligns with our sustainability goals. We are working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to prioritise low-carbon materials and sustainable practices throughout our projects.

• Progress to Date

  Since establishing our baseline in 2023 (337.4 tCO₂e), we have already reduced emissions by implementing energy-saving initiatives, upgrading to hybrid vehicles, and collaborating with responsible suppliers. In 2024, we cut emissions by 8.9%, and in 2025 achieved a further 8.7% reduction, demonstrating clear, measurable progress.

• Our Path to Net Zero

  Each year, we will continue to reduce our emissions in line with our staged action plan, covering fleet decarbonisation, renewable energy use, waste minimisation, and supply chain collaboration. By 2035, both our operations and supply chain will be Net Zero.
